Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in, but after 48 hours of booking, will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount (minus service fees and non-refundable taxes).
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable, but the cleaning fee will be refunded.
We do not provide refunds for cancellations due to weather, flight cancellations, illness, or other travel disruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance!
